i was recently at a farbrengen where someone commented that people used to learn chitas, then they said chitas. now they DO chitas.
this was my uncles response when i told him that I still have to do my Chitas.
It made me think. hard.
So back to the first post of this blog.
Who's up for a Learning Chitas and Ice cream Party?!!!
I need it.

pick me! pick me!
its so true unforutunately. i guess we should at least get back to saying Chitas..then iy"h learn it (maybe i should talk for myself!!!)
Count me in, too! I agree, and you know what helps? Saying it in English (yeah, I know I said saying - but when you say it in English, you understand what you're saying right away, and understanding a bit is a step towards learning.) I especially like this with Sefer Hamitzvos, 'cause then you can see how it's something that you know already - a mitzvah that you do or have come across learning chumash.
who's purplerose??
purplerose is raizel :) and welcome back chani she's been around for a while already!
btw musha would love to join... but flight from colorado is a bit much... lol
