Don't know if this is what you want or not, but someone just told me today a really cool Hachalata so I just thought I might as well share. It's basically reading the Hayom Yom of the next day the night before, and really thinking how you are going to practically let it affect your day. You can come up with your own creative ways to make it more practical for you. :)
